SafeTake Teleprompter ("SafeTake") does not require an account and does not sell your data.

What stays on your phone

Your scripts and the videos you record are stored only on your device. We never upload them. If you choose Save to Photos or Share, the video goes where you send it.

Camera, microphone and Photos

SafeTake uses the camera and microphone only while the app is open, to record the takes you start. Photos access is add-only and used only when you tap Save to Photos.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to check whether your purchase is active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history; it does not receive your name, email, scripts or videos. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Anonymous usage analytics

We count anonymous events (for example "first recording made" or "paywall shown") to improve the app. They are not linked to your identity, contain no script or video content, and are not used for advertising or tracking.

Children

SafeTake is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from them.
